Wicklow Golf Special Known as "the Augusta of Europe", the parkland Druids Glen golf course, designed by Pat Ruddy & Tom Craddock, opened in 1995 and was the Home of the Irish Open in 1996, '97, '98 and '99, with Colin Montgomerie winning twice, before losing a playoff to David Carter in 1998. In 1999, Sergio Garcia won his first professional tournament worldwide with a dramatic Irish Open victory at Druids Glen.
Druids Heath is a challenging golf course, ready to provide the ultimate examination to the World's most accomplished players. The course has already played host to reigning U.S. Open champion Retief Goosen, Sergio Garcia, Darren Clarke, Sam Torrance, Ian Poulter, Paul McGinley and many other leading Tour Professionals.
Arklow golf club is a par 69 traditional links course and offers all levels of golfer the opportunity to test their skills to the fullest. Sand warrens, bunkers and large links greens ensure that visitors get a feel of traditional links play whilst still enjoying the natural beauty of this picturesque course.
